This recipe is a variation of the classic chicken sandwich. By replacing mayonnaise with Greek yoghurt, you’ll benefit from extra¬†protein. The apple and dried cranberries combine beautifully with delicious maple syrup and provide carbohydrates to increase¬†energy.

Method

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the pitta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stuff the mixed ingredients inside the pitta bread, and enjoy!

  • 80ml fat-free Greek yoghurt
  • 10ml pure maple syrup
